Walmart CEO Earned $18 million in 2011
[AP] Mike Duke, the CEO of Wal-Mart Stores Inc., received a pay package in 2011 worth $18.1 million
Duke, 62, who has been Wal-Mart's CEO since February 2009, received:
- $1.3 million base salary
- $13.1 million stock awards worth
- $2.88 million cash-based performance bonus
- $377,258 other compensation
- $99,861 for use of the company aircraft
- $544,523 above-market interest credited on deferred compensation
