Highflying Financier, Danny Pang, Faces Questions Over Fund Empire
Mr. Pang's résumé depicts a glittering success story: a Taiwanese immigrant who earned an M.B.A., worked on Wall Street and now heads a $4 billion investment fund. He is now under investigation by the SEC.
From peddling fake insurance policies, to former employers alleging he stole $3 million, to strippers, to the mysterious death of his wife, Danny Pang is a sleaze bag of the highest order. NY magazine has called this twisted tale "the most insane alleged fraud of 2009,"
