Foreclosure Mill Throws Homeless Themed Halloween Party

It's hard to believe that our culture could sink any lower, but then a story like this comes along to make you rethink the depravity of the human race. The merciless "foreclosure mill" of Stephen J. Baum, one of the top foreclosure firms in the country, threw a homeless themed Halloween party last year.

[Gawker] The New York Times' Joe Nocera was sent a series of photos from a Halloween party thrown last year by the firm of Steven J. Baum—the "merciless" foreclosure mill, subject of a Justice Department investigation, and defendant in at least two class-action lawsuits over its shady foreclosure practices.

Of course, Mr. Baum's first reaction is to deny all charges and assert the New York Times is out to tarnish the reputation of a firm whose policy is to pursue all foreclosures relentlessly without any consideration for the lives they are helping to ruin.

Take a look at the photos and judge for yourselves ...

This is the culture of Stephen J. Baum's law firm.

There isn't an ounce of compassion in these people. These people are scum.

You can see the rest of the photographs here. According to the NYT, the photos were submitted by a former employee of Mr. Baum.
