Feds Bust Dell Stock Insider Trading Ring
Seven "friends" involved with hedge fund Level Global have been accused by the federal government of illegally trading Dell Stock using insider tips from a source within the company.
[Dealbook] Federal prosecutors announced criminal charges against Mr. Goyal and six others, depicting a “circle of friends” that together earned about $62 million in illegal gains in Dell stock.
