Ex-Enron CEO indicted

Skilling pleads not guilty to all counts, released on $5 million bail.

HOUSTON - Former Enron Corp. chief executive Jeffrey Skilling, taken to court in handcuffs Thursday, was charged with nearly three dozen counts of fraud, insider trading and other crimes in the highest-reaching indictment yet stemming from Enron’s colossal collapse.
