When Bernie Madoff finally gets out of jail - it will almost certainly be in a pine box.
A day after a judge sentenced the Ponzi king to 150 years in prison, Madoff was faced with that depressing certainty as he awakened in his solitary cell in the Manhattan federal lockup.
