Bank of America Dodges Taxes Like A Good Citizen

Aggressive tax-dodger Bank of America paid no federal income tax in 2010 and received a $1 billion refund.

According to the Charlotte Observer, Bank of America is taking it's role as a coroporate "citizen" very seriously. By taking every step necessary to avoid paying taxes.

Corporations only pay taxes on their profits and because Bank of America posted a loss for the second straight year they were able to collect a refund just like any average tax-paying citizen.

Does anyone else see the beginnings of an epidmemic? How many corporations will start reporting federal income tax losses in order to avoid paying taxes?
