Adelphia Founder’s Charges Upheld
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (AP) — A federal judge has refused to dismiss charges of conspiracy and tax evasion against the imprisoned founder of Adelphia Communications Corporation and his son, ruling the charges do not amount to double jeopardy.
